Payment and report control

Self-referrers pay upfront. Every report stays locked until paid.

A self-referring person completes secure payment only after the matter is accepted and the fixed fee is known, but before substantive work begins. Solicitor referrals may proceed under agreed invoice terms.

Across both pathways, the final report and any completed documents remain unavailable until cleared funds are recorded. The secure download is then time-limited, identity-checked and logged.
