How it works

A transparent path from referral to secure report.

The platform is designed to keep the referrer informed, the evidence traceable and sensitive documents out of ordinary email.

01

Start with a privacy-safe referral

Select whether you are self-referring or acting for a client. Provide only enough information to assess suitability—no sensitive records are needed in the first step.

02

Confirm scope, conflict, fee and payment path

We define the questions, report type, records, delivery target and fixed fee. Self-referrers pay in full before work begins; legal referrers proceed under accepted invoice terms.

03

Upload records to the secure matter space

The referrer receives a matter-specific upload link. Files are encrypted, access-controlled, virus-scanned and separated from the public website CMS.

04

Evidence review with human accountability

AI agents may assist with reconciliation, chronology and evidence retrieval inside an audited workflow. A responsible human reviewer verifies the material and owns the opinion.

05

Completion, final account check and release

The completed report is locked. It is released only after the matter account is paid in full, through a time-limited secure link with identity checks and an access log.

06

Questions and supplementary work

Clarification requests and new material stay attached to the matter, preserving the record of what changed and why.

Two payment pathways

Different timing. The same release control.

Payment purchases independent professional work—not a particular conclusion.

Self-referral

Paid in full before work begins.

After suitability, scope and terms are accepted, the referrer completes secure card payment through an embedded Stripe checkout. The matter then moves into active review.

  1. Scope and fixed fee accepted
  2. Stripe payment cleared
  3. Review begins
  4. Completed report released securely
Universal release rule

No completed report or document is released while any amount remains outstanding.

Model for legal review before launchNo success fees. Payment never depends on the conclusion. Consumer law, cancellations, refunds, hardship, chargebacks, GST/NZ tax, trust-account issues and urgent safety communications require formal legal and accounting review before launch.

Secure by design

The website, CMS and case portal are not the same system.

Public content belongs in the CMS. Health information and reports belong in the case platform. AI agents access only the tools and records needed for a task, and every material action is logged.

Prototype boundary

Do not upload real health or legal documents yet.

The interactive referral in this mock demonstrates the user journey only. Production upload, identity, payment and delivery services are intentionally not connected.
